Mesh for condenser cleaning is to prevent the dust from sticking.

1. Popping up the mesh from inside.
Position：On the left side of the chamber bottom.

2. clean the dust from the mesh.

3. After the cleaning, dry and keep it in shade.

4. Reinstall the mesh to the original position.

To ensure long-term use, it is necessary to clean the humidifier pan and humidifier once a month. Because during the operation, dirt will adhere to the water pan and humidifier. In order to prevent dirt, the water in pan should be drained after each test.

Steps:

1. Open the chamber door

2. Take out the protective shelf

3. Clean the surface of the water pan and humidifier with brushes

4. Install protective shelf and close the chamber door

The filter core of the filter is to prevent dirt from blocking the filter, resulting in the normal supply of cooling water, thus affecting the normal operation of the compressor. We need a spanner and a water container to complete the following steps:

1. Turn off the water supply

2. Remove nuts and filter core
(PS: Water may drain from the pipe when removing the nut, water container may be required)

3. Clean filter core with brushes

4. Reinstall the filter core and tighten the nut

5. Turn on the water supply

Dirt in the test area may affect the results of the test, so it is necessary to clean the test area before each test.

Steps (PS: Power must be off before cleaning)

1. Open the chamber door

2. Clean the inner wall and other relative parts with soft cloth

3. Close the chamber door

Dust in the electrical cabinet may cause unnecessary faults. Therefore, it is necessary to clean the electrical cabinet once a month.

1.Turn off the main power supply (leakage breaker)

2.Remove the cover of electrical cabinet

3.Use a vacuum cleaner or other methods to clean dust

4.Move back the cover of electrical cabinet

To prevent dust from entering the water supply pump, a filter is installed in front of the water supply pump. It is recommended to clean the filter once a month.

(PS: Test chamber must be stopped before cleaning the filter for the supply pump. After cleaning, pump water to the water pan to remove air from the water loop. The removal of air helps the water level of the water pan reach an appreciate horizontal position.)

Steps:

1.Switch off the power supply (Leakage breaker) 

2.Remover back cover of electrical cabinet

3.Remove the filter cover of the water supply pump (PS: water may drain from cover, so as to put dry cloth is helpful)

4.Remove the filter from the filter body for the water supply pump

5.Clean the filter with purified water

6.Put the filter back to original position

7.Pump water to the water pan (Test by running a damp heat point)

8.Take out the air Screw. Tighten the screw as water drips through the hole
