Guangzhou-GWS Environmental Equipment Co., LTD. currently has three modern production facilities or factories: Guangzhou-GWS (Huadu), Guangzhou-GWS (Zengcheng), and GWS(Suzhou) with a total area of over 40,000㎡ and over 500 employees.

Guangzhou-GWS has been advancing for many years, constantly updating production equipment, and actively exploring the way of intelligent and efficient production. Now it has a series of automatic production equipment, such as CNC turret punch with automatic feeding tower, CNC servo motor driven multi-station punch, automatic welding mechanical arm, automatic bending center, and supplemented by advanced computer-aided manufacturing and production process means. It has been transformed from the traditional production mode to the semi-automatic assembly line production mode, which greatly improves the production efficiency. At the same time, Guangzhou-GWS has fully introduced a three-dimensional design system and realized paperless production through data networking, making production more intuitive and efficient.

In addition to the continuous update of hardware, Guangzhou-GWS is also moving forward in the field of enterprise informatization. The company introduced PDM product data management system and K/3 ERP enterprise resource planning management system at the early stage of its establishment, and continuously upgraded and expanded the company in the process of development. It has formed an interconnectivity management system based on users’ need and users’ experience, which integrates CRM customer relationship management system, PLM product life cycle management system and ERP enterprise resource planning management system. Also, we integrate sales, design, production, logistics, and service as one line management system.
